Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable IT Consultant to join our team. As an IT Consultant, you will discover our customers’ business objectives and provide strategic advice on how they can best use technology to achieve their goals. You will provide technical training and help clients learn how to best integrate their technology systems. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills as well as excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Will be focused & dedicated primarily toward major vendors such as Dell, Cisco, VMware, etc.
Will be responsible for identifying the right opportunity, and quoting alternates/replacements.
Will need to have customer interaction for all process/sales-related queries/concerns that arise on a daily basis.
Will be responsible for achieving annual allocated revenue numbers, increasing profitability on individual deals.
Will be responsible for maintaining relationships & authorizations, updating certifications, facilitating deal registrations, etc.
Will need to keep track of all rebates, and backends generated from sales.
Will be responsible for addressing any case or issues generated through contracts.
Will be responsible for technical certifications & training and keeping the organization up to date with the required partner level would be the main responsibility. Tracking all vendor partner levels and executing on or before time

Qualifications

100% IT Knowledgeable: Desktop, Servers, Networking, Storage Expert
Dell & Cisco Expert Preferred, Certification or Specializations in Dell or Cisco
Microsoft Excel Expertise is a Must
Able to understand US Accent
Willing & Intend to work & stay with Aurora for the long term (at least 5 years)
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, MBA/MSc preferred
Professional Certifications or Specializations in Dell & Cisco are preferred
Minimum 3 years Experience in Core IT Field
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Ability to work well as part of a team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working Night Shifts (Either US Eastern or US Pacific Time Zone)
o US Eastern 6:30pm - 3:30am IST
o US Pacific 8:30pm - 5:30am IST

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
